Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of devtronix.in operated by Redefining Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or placing an order on devtronix.in you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
  • These terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Information Technology Act 2000.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to make a purchase.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Provide accurate, current and complete information; we may suspend accounts found to contain false data.
  • One account per user. Bulk/corporate buyers should email business@devtronix.in.

3. Pricing, Payments & Orders

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash-on-Delivery (selected pincodes) via Shiprocket / PayU / Razorpay.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability).
  • On acceptance you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. Until then, no contract exists.
  • Promo codes are single-use unless specified, cannot be clubbed, and may be withdrawn anytime.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India via Shiprocket and partner couriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, Ekart).
  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days; metros: 2–3 days. Remote pincodes may take up to 7 days.
  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499. COD attracts a small handling fee.
  • Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect the package before signing; report damage within 24 hours with unboxing video to support@devtronix.in.

5. Returns, Replacement & Refunds

  • 7-day no-questions-asked return on most products (audio devices must be unused with original packaging).
  • Replacement is offered for defective, damaged or wrong items received.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after pickup & QC.
  • Items excluded from return: consumables, opened earphones/in-ear-monitors (hygiene), customised products.

6. Warranty

  • All DevTronix products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty does NOT cover physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear & tear.
  • Register your product at devtronix.in/warranty within 15 days of purchase to activate coverage.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on devtronix.in — logos, product images, text, design, code — is owned by or licensed to Redefining Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
  • "DevTronix" and the DevTronix logo are trademarks of Redefining Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Using the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts or data.
  • Scraping, data mining or using bots without written permission.
  • Posting abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content in reviews or chat.
  • Reselling DevTronix products without authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.
  • Product images, colours and specifications are indicative; actual product may vary slightly.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free site availability.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
  • Before initiating legal action, please contact our Grievance Officer for amicable resolution.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a site banner.
  • Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
