1. Information We Collect
- Account & Contact: name, email, phone number, billing & shipping address provided during signup, checkout or warranty registration.
- Order Data: products purchased, order value, invoice details, transaction IDs (not card numbers).
- Device & Usage: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referral source — collected via cookies & analytics tools.
- Communications: messages you send via contact forms, live chat, email or social channels.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process orders, payments, shipping, returns and warranty claims.
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates and service notifications via SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- Provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- Personalise your shopping experience and recommend relevant products.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law including the IT Act 2000 and DPDP Act 2023.

- Logistics partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post) to deliver your order.
- Payment gateways (PayU, Razorpay, UPI providers) to process transactions securely.
- Communication providers (MSG91, Twilio, Resend) to send SMS, OTP and email.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) in aggregated, anonymised form.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by valid legal request.
- We do NOT sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Cookies & Tracking
- Essential cookies for cart, login session and checkout — these cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve performance.
- Marketing cookies (only with consent) to show relevant ads on Meta, Google and other partners.

5. Data Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and stored in encrypted form.
- Card details are never stored on our servers — handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways.
- Access to personal data is restricted to authorised employees on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security audits, vulnerability scans and access reviews are conducted.
6. Your Rights
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete information from your Account page.
- Deletion — request account & data deletion by emailing privacy@devtronix.in.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing communications anytime.
- Grievance redressal — write to our Grievance Officer (details below) for any concerns.
7. Data Retention
- Order & invoice data retained for 8 years to comply with GST and tax laws.
- Account data retained while your account is active. Deleted within 90 days of account closure (except where retention is legally required).
- Marketing data deleted within 30 days of consent withdrawal.
